For the project bellow, we transformed the space for the owner in order to to sell his property.  A cosmetic job to refresh, update and modernize the space to appeal to buyers. We painted the interior of the house, refinished the fireplace and changed the flooring, cabinets, backsplash, hardware and appliances in the kitchen . The bathrooms were overhauled as well with new vanities, sink, flooring and shower tiles, & fixtures. The final SHED Studios touch was staging the entire home to complete the overall look.  Incredibly, this was done on a limited budget. The results were incredible and the owner sold for the highest price ever in the community.

We brought the property bellow up to date with a remodel and complete home stage. We changed the flooring, whole house paint, removed paneling, refaced kitchen cabinets and gave the home a whole new look.
